Feed My Starving Children 2015

Prior Lake Interact Club started off the year with a trip to Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen, Minnesota. On Saturday, October 10th, enthusiastic members met at the location ready to pack some meals!

After checking in, we received hair nets and headed over to the presentation benches. That night, we packed meals for children of Nicaragua. Interact Club members were positioned at stations, and packing commenced!

After two exciting hours of packing, we regrouped at the benches. All the volunteers during the session, including Interact members, packed 103 boxes of food. This is equivalent to 22,248 meals, enough to feed 61 kids for an entire year!
